FLASH ANIMATION







A Flash animation or Flash cartoon is an animated film which is created by Adobe Flash or similar animation software and often distributed in the SWF file format. The term Flash animation not only refers to the file format but to a certain kind of movement and visual style. With dozens of Flash animated television series, countless more Flash animated television commercials, and award-winning online shorts in circulation, Flash animation is currently enjoying a renaissance.

Flash is able to integrate bitmaps and other raster-based art, as well as video, though most Flash films are created using only vector-based drawings which often result in a somewhat clean graphic appearance. Some hallmarks of poorly produced Flash animation are jerky natural movements, auto-tweened character movements, lip-sync without interpolation, and abrupt changes from front to profile view.

Flash animations are typically distributed by way of the World Wide Web, in which case they are often referred to as Internet cartoons, online cartoons, or webtoons. Web Flash animations may be inreractive and are often created in a series. A Flash animation is distinguished from Webcomic, which is a comic strip distributed via the Web, rather than an animated cartoon.

History of Computer Networking


A computer network, or simply a network, is a collection of computers and other hardware components interconnected by communication channels that allow sharing of resources and information.

1940
George Stibitz used a Teletype machine to send instructions (or a problem set from his Model at Dartmouth College to his Complex Number Calculator in New York and received results back by the
same means.

I950's
Early networks of
communicating

started in the late

Today, computer networks are the core of modern communication. All modern aspects of the public switched telephone network (PSTN) are computer-controlled, and telephony increasingly runs over the Internet Protocol, although not necessarily the public Internet. The scope of communication has increased significantly in the past decade, and this boom in communications would not have been possible without the progressively advancing computer network.

Computer networks, and the technologies needed to connect and communicate through and between them, continue to drive computer hardware, software, and peripherals industries. This expansion is mirrored by growth in the numbers and types of users of networks, from the researcher to the home user.

How to Set up a home network?





Once you know what type of network you want, and you have the necessary hardware, there are four steps you might need to take:


  1. Install any necessary hardware.
  2. Set up an Internet connection (optional).
  3. Connect the computers.
  4. Run the Set Up a Network wizard (for wireless networks only).

Each of these steps is described in detail later in this article.

How to Install :

  • Memory RAM :


1.Find out what type of RAM is required for your desktop computer
2.Check how many sockets you have for RAM.
3.Browse the options
4.Make your purchase.
5.Shut down the computer
6.Open your computer case
7.Discharge any static
8.Locate your RAM sockets
9.Remove old RAM
10.Take your new RAM out of its protective packaging
11.Insert the RAM into the RAM slot.
12.Remove dust using a bottle of compressed air
13.Close up the computer
14.Power on the computer
15.Check the RAM in Windows
16.Run Memtest

  • Motherboard on your computer:


1.Open your computer case
2.Ground yourself
3.Replace the I/O panel shield
4.Find the standoffs
5.Install the standoffs
6.Place your motherboard on the standoffs
7.Install your components
8.Connect the power supply
9.Connect your front panel
10.Connect the front USB ports
11.Connect the fans
12.Install your drives
13.Install a video card


  • CPU :

1.Determine which CPU is in your computer either by reading the start-up screen or using diagnostic software.

2.Turn off and unplug the system unit.

3.Disconnect any components that may be in the way of removing the system unit's cover.

4.Remove the screws from the rear of the case and slide the cover away from the system unit case.

5.Place the cover away in a safe place.

6.Remove any and all electrical static charge from your clothes and body by touching a doorknob or any other grounded object.

7.Locate the CPU Chip

8.Check your computer's manual to see if the CPU is Proprietary before you consider upgrading to a more powerful processor

9.Remove such components as the hard drive or an expansion slot to gain full access the the chip if necessary.

10.Once the CPU is in plain view, grasp the lever on the Zero Insertion Force sockets and carefully but firmly pull the lever straight up

11.Place the beveled end of the chip to match the beveled end of the socket when inserting the new chip.

12.Confirm that the chip you buy is compatible with your system and ask if you can return the chip if there are any problems


  • Front Panel :

In order for the power button, reset button, front USB ports, front audio ports and LED lights of the computer case to work, you will need to plug their front panel connectors into the front panel header on the motherboard.
 When installing a motherboard, it's important that you know what these abbreviations stand for:
  • H.D.D LED, HD - hard drive LED
  • POWER LED, PWR LED, PLED, - power LED
  • POWER SW, PWR SW, PW - power switch
  • RESET SW, RESET, RES - reset switch
  • SPEAKER, SPEAK - internal PC speaker
  • HD AUDIO, AC' 97, F_AUDIO - front panel headphone and microphone jack
  • USB, F_USB - front panel USB port
